The charge on your order will appear as 'Geiger in Maine' on your billing statement.

All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days. You may return items by downloading and completing this return form (PDF). A credit will be applied to the credit card used for that item, or the exchange will be processed once we receive the returned merchandise.

We can only accept returns on non-defective merchandise if the item is inventoried in our warehouse. Non-defective merchandise should be unused. Used merchandise will not be accepted. Sorry, custom imprinted items are not subject to return unless defective. Contact customer service for further details.

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address

  • 3-day shipping to Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
  • 4-day shipping to Arkansas, Eastern Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and South-East Wyoming.
  • 5-day shipping to Alaska, Arizona, most of California, Western Colorado, most of Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, most of Oregon, Utah, Washington, and most of Wyoming.
  • 6-day shipping to remote parts of California, Hawaii, remote parts of Idaho, and remote parts of Oregon.

For on-demand items, please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and allow an additional 3-5 days for ground transit from the manufacturer.

Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions. Please allow additional transit time for international shipments.

Please note that international shipments are subject to duties and customs fees above and beyond standard shipping charged by Geiger. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and payment may be required before delivery of your package will be completed. Contact your local courier or customs office for details.

Merchandise pricing does not include tax. Taxes will be applied to your order total appropriately based on your state and local laws.

On the log in screen, click on “Forgot Password”, enter your email address that you use to log in, and we will email you with a new temporary password. After logging in, we recommend you change your password to a new easier to remember password through the My Account page.

You can update your password at any time through the My Account page by selecting Change Password.

Yes. To do this, choose “Ship to multiple addresses” on the first checkout screen. From here, follow the prompts to either direct each item to a different shipping address, or “Split” the quantity of an item to multiple shipping addresses. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-855-419-1360.

You can update your billing address, manage shipping addresses, change your password, and view your order history through the Manage Account page.

An on-demand item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but is produced on a per-request basis. On-demand items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. On-demand items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.

Enforcing PCI Compliance ensures that your credit card information is encrypted and kept private. The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential, and you should not share your account name or password with anyone.

While we make every effort to avoid backorders, there are several factors that may cause our inventory to fluctuate and result in a backorder. In the case of a backorder, you will be advised in the shopping cart that an item you are ordering is out of stock. If you choose to continue ordering, your order will be placed on hold, and the entire order will ship when stock is available. Our customer service representative will contact you shortly after we've received your order to advise you of the backordered items ETA. After receiving notice from our customer service, if your order contains non-backordered items, you may select to receive your order in two shipments with an additional shipping fee of $9.
